One of those pesky protest groups thinks they should've gotten their lawsuit hearing moved up because, (crossing arms, stamping feet) they haven't gotten their protest march route yet. Don't they know there is a convention going on!

An anti-war group that plans to march during the Republican National Convention will have to wait until May 16 for it's lawsuit against the city of St. Paul to be heard.

U.S. District Judge Joan Erickson ruled Monday that she would not accelerate a hearing on a preliminary injunction in the case.

The Coalition to March on the RNC and Stop the War had wanted an earlier hearing. The group has sued the city to find out their march route. Organizers are hoping for a ruling that says the city's refusal to issue a full permit violates the group's rights.

Security officials will likely release a transportation plan for the event by May 31.
