Several groups of protesters met Saturday at the University of Minnesota to discuss the plans for theiir upcoming protest of the Republican National Convention, and why they are protesting in the first place (the war in Iraq).

Apparently though there were three of the "nation's three largest antiwar coalitions" gathered, only about 150 people showed up to hear the United for Peace and Justice, International ANSWER, Troops out Now Coalition and local groups discuss the war, the details regarding their upcoming protest and the fact that the groups have not yet received their permit.
