As I said earlier, the RNCC must pay their (albeit, trivial) bet to the DNCC, after the Minnesota Wild lost to the Colorado Avalanche so they're sending them some fresh walleye. But to prove, politics is still at the center of their game, convention spokesman Matt Burns said:

"With the uncertainty surrounding who will be the Democrat nominee, we're happy to be sending some high-protein walleye to our counterparts in Denver. We hope it gives them the energy they'll need to get through these contentious times."

Let's hope some walleye is all we give up to the Democrats this year.
